In level of difficulty, this is a Level 3 kit, and is for those modellers who have some experience in scratch or kit building of wooden structures, or who are keen to attempt this level. We have tried to achieve the feel of a scratch built building with the ease of laser cut components.
The kit has a sub-structure of high quality and high grade matt board that is used to surround framed photographs. It gives the structures a solid foundation onto which the outside cladding of the buildings is attached.
The kit includes laser cut ply sheets with all the board and batten, weatherboards, stairs, shingles, decking material and detail trim that is required for the kit.
It also comes with many custom designed details parts that will help you complete a very detailed structure.
Also included are several handy tools, as well as a jigs to make building the deck and the stairs easy.
